Abstract

The jumping platform in gymnastics is one of the gymnastics equipment that differs from the rest of the devices in terms of training and evaluation, as it contains six stages of movement determined by law (approaching running, hitting the glove) and each movement stage contains several movements.

The importance of the research lies in the use of special compound exercises and kinematic analysis of the stages of movement, as the stages of performance on the jumping platform are of great importance, as they affect each other in order to determine the correct motor paths, install them and correct the wrong motor paths. As for the research problem, and through the researcher and his teaching experience in gymnastics, he noticed in the Iraq Championship for Specialized Centers that the Arab jump is followed by a spherical rear air inversion. Dhi Qar, which increases the number of opponent points and thus affects the result of the technical performance, and in light of the foregoing, the researcher prepared special compound exercises that improve the level of technical performance of the skill of the Arab jump, followed by the back jump by knowing the ideal angle and the appropriate motor paths for the skill.

The objectives of the research are to prepare special compound exercises and their impact on the values of some kinetic variables and the technical performance of the Arab jump followed by the background of his twisted heart on the jumping platform for the youth category with knowing the extent of the impact of special compound exercises in developing the level of technical performance of the Arab jump followed by his twisted heart background on the jumping platform.

The researcher assumed that the special compound exercises prepared have a positive effect in developing the level of performance and improving the values of the most important kinetic variables for the skill of the Arab jump, followed by his heart with a spherical background on the jumping platform. For the youth group, there are statistically significant differences for the post-test in the values of some kinetic variables and the technical performance of the Arab jump. This is followed by flipping an antenna in the background on a vault platform using virtual reality for youth.

The researcher used the experimental method in the style of one experimental group that is more suitable for the objectives and hypotheses of the research, and the research sample was with young gymnasts who were trained in the specialized training center in Dhi Qar governorate and their number. It is (4) players between the ages of (15-17) years, and the sample was chosen in an intentional way with an estimated percentage (100%), as there is no other training center in Dhi Qar Governorate for the same level of players. And also for the same ages, and it took the application of special compound exercises (12) per week by (3 units) per week, and the most important conclusions showed that the compound exercises used by the research sample found an improvement in the values. of the motor variables in the post-test at a better level, which indicates the effectiveness of those exercises. As for the most important recommendations, the focus is on performing complex exercises, especially for the muscles that work on the joints of the hips and knees, as well as on the muscles that work on the joints of the shoulders and elbows, according to what has been applied. In research for its importance in achieving the ideal level of performance.
