Abstract

The topic of organizational climate is one of the recent topics that have spread in administrative studies, especially behavioral ones. Despite the multiplicity of researchers interested in it, as well as dealing with it in most of the literature and organizational studies, it is still a subject of controversy and controversy, as there is no complete agreement about determining what is meant by the natural climate. The southern region, and in order to achieve progress and advancement in the administrative process and to provide the best. As for the research problem, the researcher identified her research problem with the following question: What is the level of the organizational climate among workers in the directorates of youth and sports in the southern region? The objectives of the research were to prepare a scale of organizational climate for workers in the directorates of youth and sports in the southern region, and the researcher used the descriptive approach by the survey method, and the research sample and community identified the research community and they are workers in the directorates of youth and sports in the southern region, and the most important conclusions were the scale of organizational climate in favor To measure the organizational climate in the directorates of youth and sports among workers in the directorates of youth and sports.
