The importance of the research is summarized in the importance of rehabilitation and its effective role in rehabilitating overuse injuries for weightlifters, bodybuilders and physical strength and reducing the chance of these injuries occurring through preventive and rehabilitative methods by preparing the injured physically, psychologically and mentally. The problem of the research is that these sports deal directly with high physical loads on a daily basis, and that this handling, if it is incorrect according to the prepared programs, leads to the occurrence of multiple injuries, and one of the objectives of this research is to prepare a curriculum that includes rehabilitation exercises for the injury of the lower back muscles. , as well as measuring the physical, variables, range of motion and a special form for measuring pain before and after the rehabilitation curriculum for weightlifting, physical strength and bodybuilders. The researchers used the experimental method to give objective indications far from self-assessment, and the research community consisted of players of Basra clubs for weightlifting, physical strength and bodybuilding, and the sample was determined in an intentional way and consisted of Basra players. Weightlifting, physical strength and bodybuilding clubs, and 20 players were excluded. (12) Players because they have other injuries in addition to the injury of the lower back muscles with overuse , and this affect the results of the research, and the researchers concluded that the rehabilitation approach has a significant role in treating the injury and is also an important factor. A role in avoiding such injuries to players in the future. As for the most important recommendations, the researcher is to use rehabilitation exercises with physical therapy devices and rely on the range of movement to know the level of injury and the similarity with recovery.
