Abstract

The proposed study deals with problems of Construction Engineering areas and therefore the methods and problems are selected with emphasis to Construction Engineering. Water Management is presented as a possible way to solve project Complexity Management.

In this study two Project Complexities are described - the Project Complexity as a “management” problem and as an “engineering” one. Several categories among Project Complexity problems are described and solutions from the Project Complexity area are cited. An Evolutionary Progress of Project Complexity based on David Model [David @all, 2000] is developed for single-objective problems (SOPs) and they are not suitable for engineering problems deal with multi-objective, constrained and often mixed integer-continuous Project Complexity problems (PCPs).They are solved by Ladder approach of Nash for Project Complexity. The complex projects demand an exceptional level of management and that the application of conventional systems developed for ordinary projects are inappropriate for complex projects.
