Abstract

The lesson of physical education and sports sciences, both practical and theoretical, is the building block for the integrated curriculum of physical education and sports sciences in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences, which is divided and distributed throughout the school year in order to achieve the objectives of the curriculum as a whole in the end, and since the teachers in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences, including teachers, Football are responsible for implementing the lesson. Therefore, creative preparation is an important axis of creative teaching practices, which is the first stage in the education process, through which football teachers can decode and create mental capabilities in a creative way. The importance of the research is that the teaching practices that move The teacher, especially the creative preparation, must have more fitness, flexibility and creativity, especially the preparation for the lesson since the beginning of the teaching process, as the preparation will play an important and prominent role in bringing about major changes in the level of learning and teaching students in the football course, and preparation is an important part of the creative teaching practices Here, the professor will play a prominent role in creating and developing the creative abilities of the teacher For students through the use of creativity methods in preparing the lesson. The problem of the research was that the creative teaching practices of the professor in university teaching, especially for the football course, need to have a basis and sequence upon which the teaching process is built by providing an open practical and social interactive atmosphere, and a realistic and flexible educational environment characterized by inquiry, investigation, research, experimentation, exchange of opinions and ideas and problem solving, and this does not It happens in an easy and not random way, but the teacher in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences, especially in the teaching of football, must move away from monotony and work hard to make the first step of the teaching process the basis for the next step and thus to achieve the goal and this is what the researcher noticed his weakness through The lack of resort to creativity within the inputs and outputs of the educational situation, since creative preparation is the first element capable of making this happen. The most important objectives of the research were formulated as follows: building and applying a tool to measure the creative preparation of football teachers in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences, identifying the level of creative preparation of football teachers in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences. The two researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method. As for the research sample, it included football teachers in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in all of Iraq, whose number is (148) teachers distributed over the various governorates of the country, with 82 teachers building sample, 40 teaching sample application and 8 teachers exploratory experiment sample It was excluded by a number of professors who did not answer the paragraphs of this dimension by 18 teachers. The most important conclusions were the ability of the measurement tool prepared by the researchers to measure the creative preparation of football teachers in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences. There is a decrease in the performance of some football teachers for creative preparation, as it did not reach the level of proficiency they have. It was found that some of them had the level of their answers on this axis (measuring tool) at the level of very good, good, medium, and weak.
