The Effect of Using the Intermittent Task Strategy on the Performance Volleyball Crushing Skill

The aim of the current study is to identify the effect of the intermittent task strategy in teaching the skill of hitting the volleyball. The researcher believes that learning the skill of hitting the volleyball contributes to gaining modern teaching skills, in which the role of the teacher is a supervisor and a guide, which provides an educational opportunity that helps students learn how to learn on personal self-building knowledge and plays a positive role during the lesson and colleagues so that each individual has a role and task in the application and implementation of the lesson and thus the ability to gain skills and directions through the duties assigned to him and become an initiator instead of being a recipient only, and for that the research community was identified represented by students of the second stage (College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Al Ain University) for the academic year (2020-2021), numbering (63) students divided into two divisions (A and B) (24) students were selected from them to represent the research sample, they were divided into two groups (control and experimental) With (12) students per group, where the proportion of the sample to the community formed (38.09), and the experimental group conducted its units according to the strategy of intermittent tasks, while the units of the control group were conducted according to the teacher’s style, and it was in the language of the period of time. A curriculum for both groups (4) weeks, and after several procedures, the researcher concluded that the intermittent task strategy has a positive effect in teaching the skill of volleyball crushing to students.
