Abstract

Online teaching has become familiar to children because of the COVID-19 outbreak. However, how the child's sitting posture is used to study and ensure health is of little concern to parents. The problem of students' risk of eye diseases or scoliosis due to wrong sitting posture is not new; it can be said that many years ago, before the implementation of online learning, medical experts warned many times about this risk when students studied at school or at home. However, at the present time, parents still believe that it is the teacher's job to guide their children to sit and study in the correct posture. There are many causes of vision problems for students. For online learning, students focus on studying, and looking at the screen of the phone or computer for a long time makes their eyes very easy to fall into. pain, redness, dryness, itching. Besides, it is also caused by the harmful effects of poor or too much lighting, reflected rays from the screen, improper viewing distance, or the wrong sitting posture.
