A number of investigations have been carried on the mechanical properties, durability and structural performances of recycled aggregate concrete. The application of recycled aggregate to use in construction activities for structural and non structural components has been started by many other countries. In present study the use of recycled aggregates from the demolition waste and rice husk ash as a mineral admixture in producing high performance concrete is done. The various tests are performed on the prepared concrete for mechanical properties. The tests were performed on the concrete prepared by replacing the normal aggregates by 30%, 60% and 100% by recycled aggregates. The mineral admixture was kept as 10% constant for all the mixes. Mix design were prepared for M-60, M-80 and M-100. It was observed that all the Mechanical properties of concrete is increased for 30% replacement by recycled aggregates than normal concrete. From the tests it can be suggested that 30% replacement of the aggregates by recycled aggregates obtained from the demolition waste can be used in making the high performance concrete.
