Abstract

Introduction: Management systems are essential for the development and sustenance of the organization.

Literature review: To briefly describe the role of management systems in an organization and give information regarding the factors affecting the management systems. The help of past literature reviews was taken to help in achieving the goal of this research.

Methodology: The methodology of this study holds under account the related factors primary data collection is considered additional quantitative methods were conducted

Findings: It was found that training has an important role in adopting changes for teachers to cope with changing paradigms. Additionally, monitoring teachers is important for providing appropriate training. Discussion: In the discussion part of the study, the overall discussion is done ate hit helped to understand the motive and the process of the study.

Conclusion: In the conclusion, the overall study is concluded, and a brief of the study is provided.
