Abstract

This study dealt with the psychological pressures of football referees in the southern region because it is considered a major part in every match where the referee is a person exposed to a group of pressures that have a role in the total responses and their degree, whether negative or positive, which depends on the ability of the referee to accept pressure The subject and how to respond to it and in order to know the flexibility that the ruling enjoys in terms of containing the pressure imposed on it or the stressful situation and how to deal with it and the resulting effects that work to overcome the judgment of the state of psychological imbalance and the consensus that occurs as a result of the pressure imposed on it. The community reached (145) and the construction sample included And the application and the exploratory (110) judgments. The researcher built a psychological stress scale after extracting the scientific bases and applying the appropriate statistical methods. The results showed the presence of pressures facing football referees in the southern region.
