The current study falls within the framework of positive psychology studies, which is the latest branch of psychology. Martin Seligman summarized the goal of positive psychology in Attempting to transfer the focus of psychology from negative experiences to positive experiences, and this means making a change in the focus of psychology from being preoccupied and interested in fixing bad things in life to building positive qualities as well, as well as focusing on promoting and developing mental health instead of focusing on treating diseases and mental disorders (19:197).
