The individual always seeks to find the means that enable him to achieve compatibility. Among the most important of these means we find work. The individual seeks to reach his compatibility in the field of work, as he tries to create a kind of alignment and balance with his professional and social environment in which he lives; Occupational compatibility is considered part of the general compatibility of the individual in various areas of his life, and includes compatibility with the work environment, including the many natural and social environmental factors that this environment contains.
The human being is forced to create a relationship of compatibility with the environment around him, and this relationship requires him to modify his responses or change his activity whenever the conditions of the environment change or he may have to make a change in the environment. Reducing stress and restoring balance, and occupational compatibility is defined as compatibility with the world of work, which includes both the individual’s compatibility with the various environmental factors that surround him at work, and his compatibility with the changes that occur to these factors over periods of time.
The personal and professional compatibility consists of two basic groups: satisfaction and satisfaction. Satisfaction includes overall satisfaction with work and satisfaction with various aspects of the individual’s work environment (supervisor, colleagues, institution in which he works, working hours, wage, type of work) and also includes satisfying his needs and achieving aspects of his ambition and expectations. His professional inclinations and the tendencies of most successful people who work in his profession agree. As for his satisfaction, it is evident from his productivity and adequacy and from the way his supervisor, colleagues and the organization in which he works look at him. What is required in the workplace today is that the individual has field intelligence in order to do the task that it requires. Business Employees need to gather information quickly, solve problems effectively, and process and integrate new information.
And decision-making plays an important role in our lives and the life of nations in general and the life of the individual in particular. Given the importance of this role, the concept of decision-making has been the focus of attention of many scholars in various disciplines. The decision-making process is one of the behavioral processes that an individual practices almost permanently in our daily lives. The individual faces a situation that includes several options, and these situations require the selection of a specific action, and the individual must choose the best alternatives to reach the goal so as to achieve the greatest possible benefit with the least possible effort.
