Abstract

The importance of the research is summarized in the importance of rehabilitation and its effective role in rehabilitating over use injuries for weightlifters, bodybuilding and physical strength, and reducing the chance of these injuries occurring through preventive and rehabilitative approaches by preparing the injured physically, psychologically and mentally. The problem of the research is that these sports deal directly with High physical loads on a daily basis, and that this handling, if incorrectly according to the prepared programs, leads to the occurrence of multiple injuries, and one of the objectives of this research is to prepare a curriculum that includes rehabilitation exercises for high load injury to the lower back muscles, as well as measuring the variables, physical, variables, range of motion and a special form to measure Pain before and after the qualifying curriculum for weightlifting, physical strength and bodybuilding players. The researchers used the experimental method to give objective implications far from self-assessment, and the research community consists of players of Basra clubs for weightlifting, physical strength and bodybuilding, and the sample was chosen in a deliberate way and consisted of players of Basra clubs for weightlifting, physical strength and bodybuilding, whose number (20) players were excluded. (12) players because they have other injuries in addition to the high load injury to the lower back muscles, this affects the results of the research, and the researchers concluded that the rehabilitation curriculum has a major role in treating the injury and also a great role in avoiding the occurrence of such injuries to players in the future, as for the most important recommendations The researcher is to use rehabilitation exercises with devices for physiotherapy and rely on and range of motion to know the level of injury and the extent of similarity to recovery.
